    Observe the stories you’re telling yourself. Are they rooted in fear or truth? Gently shift the ones that aren’t serving you.

  3. Move with Intention
    Bring awareness to your daily activities. Whether walking the dog, stretching, or sipping tea, be there fully. Thank your body.

  4. Gratitude, Daily
    Start and end your day by naming a few things you’re grateful for—your lungs breathing, your heart beating, a nourishing meal. This simple practice rewires your brain for joy, calm, and connection.
