  • Minced Garlic: 1 tablespoon.

  • Sliced Mushrooms: About 1/4 cup.

  • Sweet Peppers, and Onions: About 1/2 cup sliced for a colorful mix.

  • Olive Oil: For grilling and toasting.

  • Horseradish: Optional, for an extra kick.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat and Prep:

    • Heat a large grill and lightly oil it. Preheat to medium-high.

  1. Grill the Patties:

    • Place your plant-based burger patties on the grill. Grill the first side until it's beautifully browned. Once the bottom side is cooked, flip the patties and generously smear a spoonful of your delicious nacho cheese sauce on top. Let the patties cook through.

  1. Veggie Sauté:

    • While the patties are grilling, add a touch of olive oil to a grill pan or skillet. Sauté minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, sweet peppers, and onions until they are slightly tender. The vibrant colors and aromas will make your meal even more enticing.

  1. Toast the Sourdough:

    • Lightly spray olive oil on each slice of sourdough bread. Toast them until they have that perfect grilled sandwich yumminess. If you like, spread a little horseradish on the inside of the toast for an extra kick.

  1. Assemble Your Masterpiece:

    • Place a piece of toasted sourdough on your plate. Top it with a plant-based burger patty, followed by the sautéed veggies. Complete the stack with another piece of toasted sourdough. The layers of flavors are coming together!

  1. Add Love and Enjoy:

    • Sprinkle a little extra love on top, and your quick and easy weeknight meal is ready! If you've added horseradish, savor the unique kick it brings to each bite.

Quick, delicious, and perfect for a satisfying weeknight dinner. Enjoy the burst of flavors in every bite!
